How to change the coordinate system Avenza uses from UTM’s to Lat/Long Degrees.decimalInstructions

Instructions:

Note that we’re currently displaying coordinates in UTM format.

Tap on the coordinates on the bottom of the screen.

iPhone Android

Select the coordinate system you want to use. In this example we’re selecting Lat/Long Degrees and decimal degrees,

Note that on Android you can also select a datum. We use “WSG 84”.

Back on the map screen the coordinate system has changed to Lat/Long Degrees.decimal
